Availability can differ between in-clinic and online appointments.

Online sessions can be offered as either a video call or Telehealth, depending on your preference—please feel free to check both options to find a time that works best for you.

  • From 1 July 2026, consultation fees are $295 (50 min) and $442.50 (75 min).

Terms and Conditions.

  • A client's personal information is collected in a number of ways during psychological consultation with the practitioner including when the client provides information directly to the practitioner using hardcopy forms, correspondence via email, and when other health practitioners provide personal information to the practitioner / Sydney Psychology & Counselling via referrals correspondence and medical reports.

  • The standard fee - as listed on the bookings page for appointments made during regular practice hours (10 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday).
    All standard consultations are 50 or 75 minutes in duration; extended consults available upon request.

    Fees are payable at the time of consultation. Cash and Credit Card payments are accepted (there is no EFTPOS facility). A Medicare rebate may cover part of the fee when a Mental Health Care Plan is arranged via consultation with your GP and the person named on the plan attends the arranged appointment. Some Private Health Care Funds may also cover a part of the fee but this cannot be claimed if already making a claim via Medicare. 

  • Please be mindful that unless 48 hours’ notice is given prior to the cancellation of a scheduled appointment you will be charged for the session.
